Today I have a very easy and short weight loss tip for you. Are You getting enough sleep? Yes, that's right! Are you getting enough sleep?

This may sound very strange, but what most do not know is, if you do not get enough sleep and you get very tired, your body produces a hormone that sends hunger signal to your brain. That is why we all get so nibbly when we are tired. What make it worse, we then do not want a healthy salad, but cake, bread and any other sin available!
