It’s the New Year and soon summer will be upon us. It is time to start planning for the summer. I'm sure the first thing that springs to mind is: "How am I going to look in my swimwear on the beach?" For most of us that is a frightening though. "I need help to weight loss," is the cry of most. That is not necessary!

  1. Do not postpone, start losing weight now
  2. Look for a good diet that will make you lose the fat for good and not just water and muscle
  3. Get active! Do anything that can increase your heart rate. Climb the stairs, walk to work, do your shopping on foot, anything that you can easily fit into your daily routine
  4. Understand that it will take time, that is why you are starting now, but you will have success with perseverance!
  5. Drink lots of water to hydrate your body and wash away the toxins
  6. Get enough sleep! This is important, if you are tired you are more likely to "cheat" and your body will also not function as well.
