Healthy Low Fat Fruit Smoothie Recipe

Even when you are trying to lose some weight, you have to make sure that you eat at least two portions of fruit each day. This is not always easy to fit into a busy schedule. What You Need:
  • 1 C orange juice
  • 1 C papaya, peeled and diced
  • 1/2 C cantaloupe, peeled and diced
  • 1/2 C mango, peeled and diced
  • 2 apricots, pitted and diced
How to Make It:
  1. Pour the orange juice into the blender.
  2. Add the papaya, cantaloupe, mango and apricots.
  3. On medium speed puree mixture for 1 minute.
If you like fruit you’ll like this smoothie. This is one way to ensure you get the recommended amount of fruit in a daily diet.
